Hi! I’m Maria Isabel, but most people know me as Izzy — the artist behind Izzy Side Art.

I’ve been painting since I was a kid, and I’ve always loved exploring different mediums. Today I work with anything that inspires me: oils, acrylics, markers, watercolors, colored pencils, pastels, black ink — you name it. I enjoy creating landscapes, animals, portraits, and hand‑drawn anime illustrations.

My inspiration comes from everyday moments. Sometimes it’s something I see, sometimes a feeling, a memory, or a person. I like letting each piece grow naturally.

I create custom artwork because I believe everyone deserves something unique — a piece made just for them, with meaning behind it. Every commission becomes its own little story.

I’m based in Austin, Texas, where I continue experimenting, learning, and creating by hand.

My goal is simple: to make art that feels personal, warm, and special to the person who receives it.
