I create custom portraits of people, pets, and original characters in different styles: realistic, semi‑realistic, and anime‑inspired. Every piece is hand‑painted using professional materials.
How long does it take to complete my portrait?
Processing time depends on the size and complexity, but it usually takes 1–3 weeks. If you need a rush order, please contact me before purchasing.
What materials do you use?
I work with high‑quality, professional art supplies such as acrylics, oils, watercolors, Ohuhu markers, colored pencils, ink, and mixed media.
How do I send my reference photos?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email. You can reply to that email with your photos or send them to mariaisabel260102@gmail.com
Photos should be clear, well‑lit, and unfiltered.
Can I request changes to the artwork?
You can request any changes you need during the sketch stage. I will adjust the sketch until you are fully happy with it.
Once the sketch is approved and I begin painting, major changes are not possible.
Small adjustments may be available for an additional fee.
Will I see progress photos?
Yes! I will send you the necessary progress photos throughout the process so you can feel involved and confident in how your portrait is coming along. You’ll always know what stage your artwork is in.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout. If your country is not available during checkout, feel free to contact me.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each portrait is custom‑made, I do not offer refunds once the artwork has begun.
However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and provide clear photo evidence so I can assist you with a replacement or solution.
Can you create a custom idea or special request?
Absolutely! Send me your idea and I’ll prepare a personalized quote.
